Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
